De La Salle High School: A private, Catholic, all-boys High School in Concord, California. Located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland, De La Salle was founded in 1965 as a Lasallian institution. The all boys high school currently enrolls a little over 1,000 students, and roughly 98% of the graduating class goes on to attend college. It is home to the Spartans, and its colors are green and silver. The School Motto is "Les Hommes De Foi", or "Men Of Faith." The school's principal is: Christopher Brady.

Though the school is all-boys; it shares classes with the nearby all-girls school, Carondelet High School. The school is located next to the public Ignacio Valley High School.

De La Salle High School is mostly recognized for its extraordinary football tradition. The team, currently coached by Bob Ladouceur, owned a record 151 game winning streak from 1992 to 2005, more than doubling the previous record of 72. During that period, Spartans won 12 California North Coast Section championships and was named national champion in seven different years; once by ESPN (1994), five times by USA Today (1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003), and once by the National Sports News Service (1999). The streak ended on September 4, 2004, against Bellevue High School of Bellevue, Washington. De La Salle High School Spartans has recovered from a few down years and is beginning to regain national exposure, as they are currently ranked high in most high school football polls.

Notable alumni's include: Maurice Jones Drew - Jacksonville, Jaguars, Derek Landri - Jacksonville, Jaguars, Matt Gutierrez - New England, Patriots, Demetrius Williams - Baltimore, Ravens, Dave Louverne - Redskins/Jets/Lions, DJ Williams - Denver , Broncos and Amani Toomer to name a few.
